Unsatisfied with Your Purchase? Here's How to Return an Item

At FORKLIFT USA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your product, we're here to help with replacements or refunds. To initiate a return, please follow the guidelines below:

Please ensure that all returned merchandise includes the following:

  • Original packaging, including the original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.
  • The original intact UPC barcode; removal of the UPC code will void the return request.
  • Original packing slip.
  • All accessories, such as cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
  • All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other relevant documentation.

Return Process for Equipment: For equipment returns, please adhere to our specified instructions. Before returning any equipment, kindly contact our team for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Ensure that your return includes the RMA number, original invoice number, and the reason for return. Please note that returns without proper authorization will not be eligible for refunds. Authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise (Requires Return Authorization): Should you receive a defective item, please notify us within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide you with a replacement item. Additionally, we will reimburse you for the original ground shipping expenses.

Non-Defective Merchandise (Requires Return Authorization): For non-defective item returns initiated within 30 days from the shipment date, we offer refunds. However, please be aware that a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price may apply to non-defective items. You will also be responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
