At Forklift USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality equipment to meet your material handling needs. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions as outlined below.
Return Policy & Conditions
- Customers must initiate a return request within seven (7) days of receiving the item.
- All returns require prior authorization—customers must contact Forklift USA to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any equipment.
- Returns must include the RMA number, original invoice number, and a detailed reason for the return.
- All authorized returns, regardless of reason, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Unauthorized returns (those without an RMA) will be refused and not refunded.
- Returns initiated after seven (7) days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Defective Merchandise
- If an item is found to be defective upon arrival, Forklift USA will provide a replacement or arrange for a repairat no additional cost.
- Defective item claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Customers must obtain an RMA before returning defective merchandise.
- Forklift USA will cover ground shipping expenses for verified defective items.
Non-Defective Merchandise
- Refunds will only be issued for products that are unused, in original condition, and resalable.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- Customers are fully responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
Custom & Imported Orders
- All sales of custom-built and imported equipment are final and non-refundable.
- Custom and imported orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been placed.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications and requirements are correct before placing an order for custom or imported items.
Additional Terms & Exclusions
- Equipment must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials.
- Forklift USA reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of all returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
- Any modifications, improper use, or signs of wear will result in the denial of the return request.
- Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable.
